Flexmill was recently founded when one of JOT Automation’s business units was separated as a spin off to an independent company. Flexmill and the team has a good track and customer relations with the industry players. The Finnish private equity company VersoVentures is Flexmill’s the majority owner and JOT Automation remained as the minority owner.
