Flexmill-S

Compact robotic solutions for grinding, linishing and polishing processes.

Flexmill S-series robot solutions give real production freedom. The S-series is a compact system, and fits just perfectly for demands of handling and finishing complicated shapes with the highest precision, quality and flexibility.

Note: Our flexible 6-axis S-series systems are less expensive compared to a 3-axis CNC!

Flexmill-R

Rotary table robotic solutions for grinding, deburring, and polishing processes.

Flexmill R-series robot cells are especially designed for finishing objects with challenging shapes, such as jet engine parts and marine propellers. With the multi-axis technology even undercut areas are easily reached.

Various tools and processes are easy to adapt to Flexmill robot systems. Optional features are added according to production requirements.
